Daytrip: Transfers and trips

I was stuck in Puño and out of affordable options after a nightmare experience with the bus company and no confirmation with Uber. I needed to get to Arequipa and I took a chance. Not only was the price way better than all the other options. They reached out quickly and we were connected with a nice, professional driver within an hour. I wish I knew about them sooner. Highly recommend.

Application reviews are for applications, not for services. The service is fine, however, it's easily circumvented with WhatsApp so keep that in mind. The application features themselves are hardly necessary. This is where the real review begins. Today when I changed the language on my phone, all my trips disappeared. My initial intent was to modify the itinerary of a trip. Apparently this is not permitted at this time, either because it's too late or it was never possible. Either way, the application should've told me which is the case. The best part is that my driver is telling me I can't change the itinerary of my trip without doing so in the application. Therefore, my travel is being hindered rather than enabled by this application.

My family booked a ride from Granada Spain to Seville. It was great. The driver was friendly, courteous, helpful, safe and on time. The vehicle was comfortable and fit our luggage. Great service, I highly recommend it.
