I’ve been using the iOS version of DATABASICS on both iPhone and iPad for two years. When I started using a Bluetooth wireless mouse on iPadOS, I requested support due to limited functionality of the mouse interface. DATABASICS Customer Support responded quickly and informed me of their progress to fix the mouse interface issue until an update was made. Really appreciate this product for the convenience it offers — keeping me productive while on the road!

Really enjoy using the app for taking pictures of receipts and fast upload to expense report. The last solution the company had required too many steps and most of the time it was just easier to do it on my laptop. This allows me to compete expense report while still on road.

The app seems to let me do what I need to do, that is, it appears to be functional. However, I find it extremely unpleasant to use. Every little entry seems to require a new sub-screen (with a loading time), there are many icons whose function are not obvious, so you end up guessing and tapping on a bunch of things to try to figure out how to use the app. When exiting a time card, even if you intend to simply save partial progress, you have to first click a button called "Submit" and only then pick "Save as Draft and Exit". This is counter intuitive. I'd give it 2.5 stars. 1 because it exists at all and I can submit time cards remotely, 1.5 because it seems to generally work. Beyond that it does not feel polished and leaves the user feeling bewildered.
