This is a Game Changer! I love that each of the dance segments are short. This allows me to tailor my workouts to my day. Because they are in shorter segments, I don’t feel defeated if I only have a 10-15 minute window to workout. I can do 1-2 segments, go do whatever I need to do, and then jump back in to complete another few segments when I have time. This alone has helped keep me motivated! I used to feel defeated if I did not complete my entire workout video that I wanted to do. So instead of just jumping in and working out, I would try to make sure that I had 30-45 minutes set aside. This only stressed me because I procrastinated since I had a million other things to do. At the end of the day, I would have done no workouts. Now, I simply hit play, sacrifice the 10-15 minutes, and actually COMPLETE a short workout. Most of the time, I would just keep on going since I was having fun and no one needed me at that moment. However, if I did need to stop, I could fit in another 10-15 minutes throughout the day whenever I needed a quick energy boost or had a short span of time.

This app makes sense, if you can set aside the time to do it everyday. The dance has different levels depending on your dance ability and was pretty easy to use. I didn’t have the time or energy to get 30 minutes done on my lunch break and then also make into the gym, one had to give. I went through the App Store and believed I had cancelled the subscription only to get a 63 dollar charge 3 months after signing up, because apparently I hadn’t ended the subscription properly. I contacted them as soon as the charge had gone through and explained the mistake, to which I was told, its in their terms, and it probably is. It was just really disappointing that their was no grace or understanding in that I obviously don’t use their app, and also caught the mistake immediately. Can’t do anything else about it, and realize it’s a human error, but still has left a horrible taste in my mouth. So if and when you decide to cancel, go through the settings button in your app and click through canceling until you find a screen allowing you to cancel and then screen shot the confirmation of a “cancelled” status… for your records. Consider yourself warned. UPDATE: and response to developer… I have already contacted you multiple times to be told it in your policies and I will not be refunded because I didn’t cancel properly. I was able to cancel it… just posted so others wouldn’t make the same mistake… but judging by all the reviews here, this is something you guys do often and make it hard to cancel.
