Dals Connect

I believe there are a lot DIYers like me, who are seeking for decent smart system landscaping lights. And there are some reputable resellers carrying Dals products. Made you think it is your fault product stopped working in 1 year or it is owner’s mistake to lost connection for the lights again. After more than 1 year back and forth customer service communication, I just want to let future customers know do not buy their smart landscaping products. It is not worth it, their so called mesh system does not work, tech has been avoid answering my questions. You will end up an unfinished yard project for years and may cause safety issue. Customer service will ignore your cases at some point even though they are advertised lifetime warranty.

The lights have been a little glitchy since we got them a couple years ago. I always chalked it up to us not using them enough to keep them synced to the app. I have now been trying to log into the app for over a week and can’t click the login button. I tried removing the app and re-downloading but no luck. I have been unable to reach the customer support line. Is there a known bug with that app you are working on? Thank you!

I had one light that has never connected. Last week all 14 of them became unresponsive to the app. If anyone gets another app to work, please post which app.
