Arctic Spas

Really enjoy the convenience, but WiFi connection is troubling and frustrating as it is intermittent. This is not due to my Wi-Fi service or strength. It seems to disconnect intermittently and often for reasons unknown. I have been addressing and trying to work through this issue for 2+ years and I still cannot figure it out. System worked great for the first year or so, but has been intermittent subsequent to this. I have replaced the Wi-Fi. extender that was originally supplied, but issue remains.

This app tells you some basics for water quality. There could be a ton of improvements. Why isn’t there a timer for when the pumps will shut off. Why can’t we set a timer for when we want the pumps to shut off. Why isn’t there a color selection for the lights. I have to cycle through the whole thing to find the color I want. Why doesn’t the app tell me what the current temp is and what it’s set to at the same time. How come we can’t program what the EZ button does? My easy setting would be 3 out of the 4 pumps and the lights turned on. Arctic you need to step up into the 21st century. These options should be no problem considering that a custom spa from you guys cost like 25K+

For years I’ve tried to talk my wife into getting a hot tub. Now that we have ours, I think she likes it as much (or more) as I do! We got the saltwater system with the SpaBoy that makes taking care of the water so easy. Plus it tells you water temp, ph & cl levels right on your phone! Convenient and simple. One recommendation: When Arctic Spa is going to be down, they should notify the spa owners so that they are aware and don’t swamp their spa dealer with phone calls. Looking forward to spending many future years relaxing in our tub.
