Drivers either deny or wont come on time. Tracking is also bad!

The main issue with this app is that they clearly don’t have enough drivers, and the app itself is poorly maintained. I was told my driver was 30 minutes away, but after waiting for over an hour, I got a message saying “no drivers available” and my order was canceled without any notice. This has happened more than once. It’s really frustrating and unreliable they need to seriously improve both their driver availability and app performance.

This is two times in a row that I have scheduled a driver and they cancelled without any notification. It's not even shown in your booking. This time I have screenshots to prove that the booking was confirmed.
