I bought 2 x $1.99 points packages to buy a 1 magnet to remove one of the colored blocks I’d been searching hours for & I don’t like to spend money to but game perks because technically you only get some online perk not an actual real thing but I only had a little over an hour to finish the 100 people challenge thing and I still had 4 or 5 levels to go so I gave in and I bought 1 and it didn’t work it did not work the 2 blocks stayed right there so I tried again the magnet did nothing blocks did not budge so I started searching for them again I pressed on every single block on that puzzle to peek through it and the ones I needed were not there… that’s when I learned that after you get over level 205 or so they hide the blocks by making them brown blocks with ? on them because they’re incognito until you pick a block of a different color the one your searching for won’t change from wooden block to colored block so you can clear it but purchased upgrade or perk can do it. I bought 4 magnets at 400 points each and neither of the colored blocks I had to find would be attracted by the magnets and free up my slot so I could go to next colored block NOTHING HAPPENED for me except the money left my checking account that’s it. I sent the support team an explanation of the issue and requested a refund for the $4.22 it cost because the game/their magnets DID NOT DO THE JOB THEY WERE INTENDED FOR THEY DID NOT PERFORM AS THE GAME STATES THEY DO and I heard nothing from them and after a few days I checked my bank and no refund I checked my Apple purchase history and the charge was still there THEY DID NOT EVEN RETURN THE 1600 points I spent on the magnets so I could use them on different perks in different games so that’s it I’m done with them they’re not fair and I refuse to continue spending my hard earned cash for game pixels that are not tangible merchandise I AM DONE WITH YOU

Why would you put adds in the middle of every level? That took all the fun out of it. This was my favorite game, I had originally rated it a 5 stars. Then I opened it up tonight and suddenly there’s all these so called “coffee breaks “, right in the middle of every single level. No one wants to be playing along, then all of a sudden you start being interrupted with all these, “coffee breaks “

I loved playing this. I get sick of the ads and $10 a month for no ads is ridiculous so I put up with all the ads. But what bothered me to most is I was at a very high level showing as #1 on the score board and the game glitched. It said there were cubes left to get but the screen was blank. Even when I used the magnet to see if I could get past the glitch it would use the magnet and do nothing. I tried restating the app, it would not allow me to restart the level or just kept showing the old game saying there were cubes to get when the game screen was blank. The only thing I was able to do was delete the app, and readd it which made it so I lost everything I had gotten. This happened in other levels but I was able to get it to go through by either quitting and restating or doing the magnet but it didn’t this time. You need to look not just into this glitch but the glitch at a higher level to see why it’s showing cubes left over when the screen is blank with no cubes. Also an ad before and after each game. And ad to get extra spaces for all 4, is just getting to be too much. And $10 a month for no ads is crazy. I had some that if you paid a $30 flat rate for the year, that I was willing to do. Please fix the bugs as I lost all my stuff and all my progress. If the bugs don’t get resolved I’ll have to sadly delete the game. It’s really helpful with stress management with someone who is neurodivergent.
