CTBI Mobile

I do not understand the amount of 4 and 5 star reviews. This app has so few features, and half of them barely work or just don’t. The app constantly asks for authentication even though Face ID is enabled, and it will lock you out randomly with no warning or message about what’s happening. You can’t do basic things like look up your account and routing number, and I’ve yet to deposit a check on here with mobile banking. Everything is hard to look up and is slow and the app itself has just the ugliest interface you could imagine. It’s horrifically outdated. Customer service in person is abysmal. They act like they’re doing you a favor to even let you in the doors. They have no deposits by atm at their banking location, so you’re forced to speak with one of the jerks inside or through the drive thru. I’ve yet to have a positive experience with this bank after more than a year. I want to support credit unions and will but it won’t be with CTBI.

I switched banks a few years ago because my old bank struggled to keep up with mobile banking options. I’m in my 50’s but I love mobile banking. I haven’t had a checkbook in almost 16 years. This is just so much easier and convenient. CTBI keeps up with the times and gives me one less thing to worry about. Love their mobile banking.

You simply cannot beat this bank everything is reasonable and the staff is very friendly and helpful, I’m pointing this more towards the elkhorn city ky bank. They have a certain beautiful blonde lady that works there that has made it so I don’t wanna bank anywhere else. She’s super helpful, super smart and always always so nice!!! And that is something the world needs a lot more of. She probably don’t know just how much me and my husband think of her.. I wish all the employees were like that. All I’ll give you is her name starts with D.
