The point of the service is to assist employees who need to get across a difficult-to-navigate campus terrain. Some of the older employees cannot manage walking the hills to get to an app-assigned pickup spot. Plugging in “my location” is inaccurate when at the North Lot; it sends the driver to the wrong location. Forcing the app to recognize the North lot tells the rider they must “walk to Richards Building” which is up a steep incline. Do better
