I am thoroughly disgusted with this company. I got the app and noticed that you can’t do much of anything without subscribing but then I noticed they offered a FREE 7 day trial so I wanted to try that. As soon as I did I was instantly charged $105 for a full months subscription! It clearly states in their Terms and Conditions that your card would not be charged until within 24 hours of the trial ending IF you did not cancel beforehand. I was furious! There’s no way to contact this company legitimately. The app directs you to their Facebook page for “support” and the only thing I found was an email address so I sent one requesting an immediate refund. The next day my email got returned as “undeliverable.” The email wasn’t real. So then I tried to message them on Facebook messenger and was greeted with a generic automated response and finally was given an option to “talk to human”. It definitely wasn’t a human, just another automated message saying to make sure I unsubscribe from their app so I don’t get charged again next month! I demanded a refund and explained what they did to me again and haven’t gotten any kind of response since. I don’t know what to do from here to get my $100 back. Please don’t fall victim to this company like I did!

This app is not precise enough for signals on altcoins that are less than a dollar. It needs to go out to 4 or 5 decimal places, but it only shows to the nearest penny. As an example, there is currently a signal for OXT to buy below .30 and sell at .30. There is also a signal for ALGO to buy below .59 and sell at .6. However, since the ALGO signal is the most recent one, it shows that the true “buy below” level is at .5857 and the sell threshold is .6039. Unfortunately, because the OXT signal is not at the top of the list, it’s not possible, at least through functionality in the app that I have been able to discover, to see the finer buy/sell thresholds. If someone from cryptosignal replies to this with instructions on how to remedy this, I will change this review to 5 stars.
