Developers - this is a repeat of my comments from previous version. It worked briefly as hoped and now with 4.8.5, I still have this problem on both iPhone and iPad. Please fix! This version has a bug which won’t let me scroll down to the music zones that are scrolling off the bottom of the screen in mange rooms and groups. On my iPad I have to rotate to portrait mode to control volumes for zones towards the bottom. My iPhone won’t even rotate from portrait to landscape (I don’t have screen lock on). Even on the iPad, I can’t see more than 6 zones in portrait, and cannot scroll down to see the others. Please fix. Also, request that you fix the overall master volume to only change the zone volumes in porportion to their current settings. Don’t automatically synch the zones to the master volume slider value. Different zones have different speakers, and different acoustics that require different volumes to balance the sound. The master volume switch should be able to mute all zones, but for changing volume should only add or subtract from the current individual values. Thank you.
We’re in an era where everything is controlled by an app, these things change as quickly as people with various qualifications can update them and every update contains bug fixes. That also means that every update and combination of app integrations also contain new bugs. As an integrator, I have to place my faith in an industry leader to wrestle the moving target and present us with the widest variety of configuration options that are tested and supported by a common manufacturer. Cloud based programming and updates allow me to be a little guy who delivers a quality and consistent outcome to my clients. Be patient and they always seem to iron out the little wrinkles and quirks that are inevitable to our modern devices with visual appeal and an intuitive interface
Where are the pool controls for pool lights and fountains (Pentair)? Where are the hardwired garage door controls (Liftmaster)? Integration with 4K security camera NVR’s (like Lorex with 16 camera systems)? You would think these would be basics during a long awaited and highly touted upgrade like this. This has taken sooo long to roll out since the announcement. Sitting...waiting...
