I have the Pebble X speakers connected to my computer via the USB-C connection. When I launch this app it just says “Connect your Creative devices to experience the Creative App”. It doesn’t detect my connected speakers and there are no buttons or anything to make it scan for devices. This app is worthless. I only downloaded the app to see if I could get left/right balance control and mic input from my headphones through the port on my speaker. All this is supposed to work according to Creative’s website. It doesn’t, their Mac support is terrible. Beware!

I dont see how others are having issues with this app. i find it completely functional and super helpful. I LOVE all the EQ options and low latency mode!! Love my creative Zen 2 headphones even more now!!! Please keep it up devs!! The updates are appreciated and add so much value to your already fantastic hardware

This app doesn’t work. It doesn’t find or pair to your brand-new Creative Zen headphones. Nor does the app have the ability to create a profile for use (must visit their website for completion). It seems that the company stopped payment to the app developers or something - ??? Just pair the headphones through your device’s Bluetooth settings, then use the physical buttons present on the device. Shameful.
