Great bank. Superior customer service. VERY low fees. Nice size community bank. I feel like the people at the branch I go to are my friends. 🙂
I live presently 15 miles from the closest bank being able to conduct business online is extremely convenient and the app is resourceful
Whoever changed the login must be nuts. It used to be so easy. Now, I continually have to sign in even though I have a Face ID passkey. You never know when the Face ID will work. Why? It’s so hard to open my app since now I have to look up my password first. Grrr! So frustrating!!!! I’ve been a customer for years, but just in a few recent months they’ve started charging $5 to transfer funds between accounts. Really? Anything to make a buck—do I need to start looking for a new bank? I hate being fleeced, especially when I’m moving my own money to a different account.
