Coopers Taxis Chorley

You book a cab to pick you up for a certain time and more often than not this is the time that the cab sets off to come and get you instead. What’s the point in having a time set to be picked up if it’s never stuck to? Also in the past few weeks it has been over 20 mins late - booked today for 8:50 and it’s currently 9:14 and no sign of it yet.

I can’t tell you how bad this company are. Use yellow cabs instead. They left several women stranded in rivington in the dark. When we complained they didn’t care less & have also sent one cab twice to us (for 7 people) leaving 3 of us in the cold for 20 mins waiting for it to stop off & come back. Despite ordering 2 cabs. Last time I’ve used this company. Driver 76 was very polite & lovely hearing our complaint but urged us to contact the co direct as he felt it fell on deaf ears if they passed on complaints. Again, use yellow cabs. They’re reliable & friendly & rescue stranded women up in the dark in the middle of rivington.

Feeling a bit shook up... driver just ran a red on a junction leading from the motorway junction. I’ve never seen any taxi driver do that in 20 years of getting taxis. Scary!
