With recent update temp shows in Celsius even though tub set to show Fahrenheit. Tried multiple resets to fix on both tub and phone. No change. More frustrating is the number of times you get offline status. I installed an Alexa switch to reboot the relay but that only helps sometimes. Hard to reset the tub remotely. Better than nothing but not worthy of more than 3 stars

The app is nice when it works. Basic but gets the job done. The gateway constantly knocks off the WiFi. Unplug it for a few seconds and plug it back in and I am back to working. I do wish they would add some sort of chemical reading within the system. That would add that touch that is needed. Also, more than hints the basic notifications would be nice but again, it does what it supposed to when it works.

We purchased a new spa a couple of years ago, located a fair distance from our house, so I’d been eager to get this product for some time. After finally deciding to buy, it took over a month to arrive, but I was still excited. Installation and setup were simple, and I was immediately impressed by the app’s clean interface and intuitive design — credit where it’s due. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill quickly after that. At first, I assumed something wasn’t connected properly because none of the controls seemed to respond. Every change I made displayed an “updating” banner for a few seconds and then… nothing. Restarting the app didn’t help. Sometimes, after setting it aside and checking later, I’d find that the changes eventually went through. When I called the tech support team, they were polite and helpful, but their explanation was discouraging — apparently, the servers are so slow that it can take up to two minutes for each adjustment to register, which they said is “standard.” In practice, that delay makes several features, like adjusting the lights, nearly unusable since the system cycles through each level before turning off. At this point, I’ve figured out that if I tap the temperature setting and walk away, it eventually updates, but for a $400 device, that’s far from satisfying. Support did mention that a server upgrade is planned to improve performance, and I sincerely hope that happens soon.
