While it correctly operates the majority of the time, there’s a large minority in which it does not. This includes displaying incorrect route data, or simply not loading. The server runs on potatoes and is patchy at best.

This app used to be really helpful before they redesigned it a few months ago. Sure, it needed some improvements with the user interface and navigation, but whatever they did to it did NOT fix that. You can no longer select specific stops on the map to see what bus routes come to them, which was one of the features I used the most. Now you have to figure out the stops based on names alone. Also the predictions are completely useless now. They used to be quite accurate, only messing up by a couple minutes at most. But now the predictions are so bad you might as well just take your best guess at when the bus will come. Many people rely on the bus system to get around, so this is a really critical flaw. PLEASE change the app back to what it was before the redesign. It had its flaws but it was SO much better than what it is now.
