This app is EXACTLY what I was looking for! I love how the training feels intentional and well programmed, and not random like other apps I’ve tried. I haven’t ran since high school but I’m excited to start getting into running and 5ks this year. My brother is an ultra runner and he hooked me up with Strava which syncs with this app which is cool. I’m just all around pleased thanks Melissa!! 😊

Melissa’s app really has so much to offer, and easy to use and understand! You can tell she’s an OG trainer. There’s something for everyone and so much extra training information. You can do strength training, running, both… plus prehab it’s really cool. Highly recommend - you can’t beat the price too! My husband and I are both using it

Melissa’s workouts are amazing. I’m a full-time mom and a mom of young twins so having time to work out seems impossible. The workouts are just enough time for me to feel good. Get energy and put on a nice sweat. The community is great for motivating each other.
