This is a scam of a company. I initiated a return for an incorrect size. Instead of processing an “exchange” they started a “return”. Once that began I ordered a new set. This is when I find out they do not process returns to your payment method, only store credit. The issue begins with the return vs exchange since they processed it as a return they wouldn’t give me my funds back and they wouldn’t apply the “store credit” to the new order. When I realized this, I emailed IMMEDIATELY to cancel the new order. (There is no phone to call) My emails were ignored for 3 days and on day 3 they blocked my email, causing any future inquires to bounce back to me. On day 5 they responded back with a lie that all orders are confirmed with in 5 minutes and that all “ as ready” orders cannot be cancelled. This is a lie as it took 48 hours to confirm and process my new order. If as ready items cannot be cancelled and pre-orders cannot be cancelled, there is NO return policy. I would have been fine with the no returns if they didn’t block my email and lie to me. I work in clothing manufacturing and know first hand how processing orders online and producing m clothing overseas works, which makes the lies hit even harder. This is a scheme to make double the money on one order. DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU ARE OKAY LOSING MONEY.

I gave COMFRT a four star rather than a five because I really love their clothing. I just brought a second set of sweatpants and sweatshirt. However, their customer service is very bad. They have no telephones and they just recently have an app and in my opinion they should’ve had the app a long time ago!!!! that is either here or near there. The fact that this is now a huge online company and they have no customer service. Everyone has a phone, including all businesses, and they do not have a phone line and I tried to reach out through the private messenger, and they said to reach out through the email address and/or the customer support fill in box. so that that’s there are only a customer service but that does not help when you want to call them and need their assistance because calling is much faster and you have to write an email or fill out their customer support box so due to all of they need to work on getting a phone line so that people can call in and they need to hire people who will gladly work for customer service for COMFRT!!!!! GET IT TOGETHER COMFRT!! Its 2025!!!!! EVERYONE HAS A PHONE AND OR COSTUMER SERVICE PHONE LINES.

I love my tranquil Orchid color Sweatsuit and I wear it all the time. Every time I wear it around a different person they have complimented how much they like it and they would like to have one. I now have bought 2 sets in the last couple of weeks to give my complementers a set for Christmas! Unfortunately Everything is sold out! So I had to compromise by getting another type of set… but I think all around Comfort will not fail in any of the sets, as I also have the travel bundle as well and love just as much! Not to mention my sweet fur baby also has the matching hoodie I’m which I adore!
