Comelit Visto

Easily the worst app I’ve ever used in recent memory. A complete piece of junk. I’m annoyed that our installer chose this company for our intercom systems but the product and app are awful. The app is unbearably slow and unresponsive. When I try to upgrade the firmware of my device, the app remains spinning forever… literally, it does nothing. Camera responsiveness and quality is something from 1992. There aren’t enough negative things I can say about this

This system just doesn’t work as advertised, at all!! If you turn motion detection on, get ready for multiple false alarms. Got comelit to replace my 2 units, and the new ones won’t even connect to the WiFi and update. I’m extremely frustrated with this, and I’m an installer. Other comments about adding users are totally correct and it’s done in a ridiculous manner. Comelit, i feel owes me money for my trouble with this device! Do not purchase.

What a piece of crap this is. My building installed a Visto doorbell and both the hardware and software have given me a ton of issues. The actual device constantly needs to be re-booted and I feel like I’m troubleshooting on a weekly basis. If you’re not set up as the admin, good luck trying to fix any issues through the app.. the system is so rigid that trying to do something simple like add another user to the account requires a Herculean effort on behalf of the user. I never write reviews but I literally despise this product that I simply had to. AVOID THIS PRODUCT AT ALL COSTS!
