Worst mobile banking app
I use mobile bank accounts of around 8 banks in Sri Lanka, this is the worst. Features and absolutely minimum and they don’t grow. Worst of all is the login flow, app gets locked time to time even if you enter correct login credentials. Recorrect login flow is a mess, there is an option to rest it called “Having trouble logging in” which is absolute useless feature which is not working at most needed times or helpful to customers. It asks you to visit the branch. I’m not sure who designs these user experience flows and absolute rubbish is a modern digital era like this. Other bank apps are way ahead.

Not getting a slip or pdf after a transaction
I am not getting a slip or a pdf after a transaction in this new app, old web and app had that option, now i have to send a screen shot from my transactions every time i have to provide a payment slip to a third party. Can u please fix this . And design and the navigation is terrible in this 😞
