CoinEx: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto

Hello CoinEx Support Team, After the recent platform update on November 21, I encountered a very serious issue that has directly caused financial loss for me. Immediately upon opening a position — without any unusual market volatility — the position shows –15% to –16% loss instantly. This behavior is completely abnormal and did not happen before the update. Aside from the fact that during high market volatility the displayed percentages in the exchange often do not match the real market conditions, this new issue is far beyond acceptable. The fact that a position enters a –15% to –16% loss the very second it is opened clearly indicates a major error in the calculation, pricing, or mark-price mechanism. Specifically, this happened when I opened a short position on BUT/USDC. My question is: How does the exchange plan to justify and compensate for this update error and the losses it has caused to users? I expect your technical team to urgently investigate this issue, provide an official and transparent explanation, and clarify the compensation process for losses caused by this malfunction. I just reviewed this and it immediately disappeared so I’ll try again. The app is excellent and has all the functionality I could want, with an attractive interface and smooth responsiveness. Have had zero problems with coinEx over the years! Don’t understand why it has so many negative reviews.
