Let me be clear and say upfront that I really like the tools and variety of assets available on LBank. However, it’s not very user-friendly and I still don’t know to link a checking account or bank card to the platform. But I’m ok with simply being able to transfer (deposit/withdraw) crypto assets to other wallets/exchanges—I use other platforms to deposit fiat. The withdrawal fees, unfortunately, can be high so make sure you check the Fees page for current rates. Trading fees are actually competitive and even some of the available rewards can cover a good amount of trading fees through their rebate coupons earned. Take advantage of the onboarding rewards in your first 30-days. Then check out the staking rewards under Finance—the APY is better than most on many popular assets. I recommend for intermediate users; maybe not so much for new investors or tech-challenged. 4 stars for what it can do for you, but only if you know what you’re doing.

I chose LBANK as my digital currency exchange, mainly because it provided a safe and efficient gold -entry experience. On LBANK, I can quickly and conveniently complete the recharge and withdrawal of digital currencies. The whole process is perfect. In terms of security, I feel very assured that I have never encountered any financial security issues. The LBANK Exchange does provide users with a safe and reliable trading environment.

Stay away from LBank. I transferred from CB wallet and paid eth fees. It was 71m short of the 2B saitama min so they told me to transfer another 71m. I did and then they said it had to be from cb. Not once during the text did they Vee mention it had to come from Coinbase. So now they want me to buy $100 eth for $7 saitama and pay all the fees from cb to transfer even more into LBank. My family has 4 accounts total. Their customer service had me in tears and after seeing what I went through over this $127, we’re all closing our accounts in tandem. I guess LBank will steal my original transfer because I will not be buying more eth just to pay $75 for a $7 transfer. I should have listened to the warnings from everyone telling me not to use these folks and I didn’t. So here I am warning you...they will steal your money.
