Great wallet, very self explanatory! If you have questions, you can just reach out to the 24/7 support line that can provide you with step by step instructions on how to use the wallet and services overall. You can send money to others and create sell transactions from your home that way you can pick it up when it’s ready at the machine. It’s also very beneficial to use the same wallet as the company you plan to purchase from just because they can always have instant feedback as to what’s going on.
I’m relatively new to the Bitcoin world. A few months ago, I was completely confused trying to figure out how to get paid by Bitcoin and then somehow turn the Bitcoin into cash. Luckily, I chose Coincloud. So easy! The support team is THE BEST!! They can be reached by email, chat, or phone. Always fast to pick up by phone. They’re happy to help you, even if you’re a Bitcoin dummy like I was. Sometimes I had to call several times in a row because of my own stupidity, but they were always happy to help and told me not to hesitate to contact them again if I have any problems. I’m not a pro at this, but I’m now pretty confident when I’m doing a Bitcoin transaction... thanks to the Coincloud support team. Here’s a tip, if you’re needing to sell your Bitcoin to get cash from one of their machines, call them first so they can verify there’s enough cash in the machine you want to use, and that it’s had successful transactions recently. That’s just to assure a smooth transaction.
I needed a few dollars to hold me over until payday. So I google searched bitcoin atms. Because the previous one I used only sells btcs now. So I gave coincloud a try. The first listed atm was offline. I called the listed number and was given the next closest atm. After I initiated the sell. I was told the amount requested was unable to be processed unless it’s a lesser amount. (Not because of insufficient funds) Not knowing any better I accept it. The amazing surprise I received once I called the listed number again because of the 30m wait to receive cash I requested. I was told “I will not be refunded the difference of the adjustment”. For all wondering it was only 20$. Honestly I might have paid the 20 just to expedite the withdrawal. But there was no disclaimers mentioning loss of funds. Previous atm had no wait and only known fees associated with buying selling btc. Please avoid this scam asz atm
