Absolutely horrible

It takes forever to establish the connection. The range is horrible. Pretty much useless

Coast Balboa Wi-Fi Connect

This revision is a welcome improvement over the last one. This app now has landscape mode which is useful for wall mounted iPads for smartphones. This app work faster than the last version, although it does not appear to have full control over the hot tub (lights, music, etc). Overall this app works like it is intended to. If you are having trouble using this app, check your WPS settings. Works well off wifi and cellar away from the home. Only improvement would be if you didnโ€™t have to have the serial number off the wifi controller to reset your password. A lot of people donโ€™t write this down and their hot tub control panel may be difficult to reach in winter!

App sucks

How do you review an app that never works? I donโ€™t understand why they continue to sell tubs with wifi in order to use an app that they refuse to fix so it works. I paid almost $400 for this feature and canโ€™t even use it because the app is crap!!!! If youโ€™re not going to fix the problem then give us our money back!!!
