Clerkie Payoff Debt Bills Fees

I first gave this app a 2-star review but now I’m changing it to 5-star. Their customer service is amazing, I had an issue where I forgot that I set up their Debt Power Up feature and they took $500 from my account to pay my credit card debt. I was mad at first but then I realized that I set it up in the first place and it was my mistake. I emailed customer service and the money got refunded the same day, they were very helpful and understanding. Outside of that, I have had this app for almost a year now and I couldn’t be happier. I get money when I need it with their instant cash which goes up each time I pay it back on time and best of all they helped me pay off my credit card debt (9k across 3 credit cards). I used to use a combination of Dave and Albert to manage all my finances but now I only use Clerkie, nothing against the other apps but I just love the convenience of having everything in one place and being able to continue to pay off my debt. The chat can be a bit slow sometimes but I’ve never had an issue or question where they didn’t answer me within a few minutes. I wish they did investing, now that my debt is lower, I want to start making some money :) Customer service is always great, I don’t know where they are based but seems like someone is always responsive. All in all, a great service for people trying to payoff their debt and that need money in between paychecks

First I want to say this is not a fake review. I am a real person. One day I decided to look into debt forgiveness sites. I came across Clerkie. I decided to give it a shot. I had a small debt of $140 which was the only thing that was effecting my credit. Even though it’s small, any little thing taken off that 140 would be great. I selected Jared to be my debt consolidator. Within 1 hour of selecting him, I got a notification saying Jared was able to take the debt from $140 down to $91. I then payed the $91. Jared processed it right away, and now my debt is fully payed. WOW it’s amazing what you can stumble upon. Clerkie is a phenomenal app, and I find myself lucky to have found it. There is plenty of other tools any average person can use on Clerkie as well. Thank you Jared for all your help and the efficiency you displayed. If you’re in debt or just simply want to manage your money better, download the app. I love it and I will be using it on a daily basis. Thank you again Jared and all of Clerkie. You are awesome

First of all, I never write reviews. ever. especially for apps on the app store! But WOW I am genuinely crying tears of joy over how much Clerkie has & is currently helping me with my financial situation. I have gotten myself into unfortunately a lot of debt due to my mental illness, with the overspending and then not making any of my payments I got myself into almost 5k worth of debt. Knowing how much I owed & the anxiety behind it/me feeling extremely ashamed that I got myself to that point I had no idea what to do. I was too embarrassed to call the card companies myself and I was losing so, so much hope. Thankfully I came across Clerkie and they have helped negotiate my debts down to currently me only owing about $1,600 instead of almost 5 grand!!! I can’t stop crying tears of joy and I can’t wait to finally be debt free and start saving now that i’m in such a better place mentally. I can’t thank Clerkie enough and will absolutely never get rid of this app, this is one of a kind and definitely the best of the best
