I’m a Rep for Sena, Cardo, UCLEAR, Exo-Com and J&M. It’s been my experience that UCLEAR hands down has the best customer service. Although Cardo is a close second. When you call UCLEAR you are calling Boise, ID. Not a call center across the world. Over the years I’ve sold over $100k+ in Sena, Cardo and UCLEAR separately. I can say with great confidence that none of them are crap (anymore), they are all good and all have their own strengths. They have consistently one-upped themselves over the years. Right now, UCLEAR just took the lead with functionality in the HDX-V (in my opinion). It truly works as a hands free device and those functions (commands) are simplistic with its separate Ai chip. Now if we could just get them to update their mounting system and overall fit and finish to match Cardo (and keep the UCLEAR price tag).

I have the motion infinity set of 2, as an intercom for two up riding. paid the highest price to get the best, but got nothing but problems. MAC (apple) firmware updating is nonexistent for about a year now. starting to wonder if they're even still in business, because it still says it was just temporary removed due to an OS update that lists and old OS when it was originally Pulled. what good is this app if I can't even update the firmware to the correct version. not to mention (but I will) The sound quality is horrible on the intercom. almost sounds like an echo because I can hear the passenger talking through her helmet louder than the intercom through the speakers. i've sent several service tickets, but never get any response from uclear.

This latest release 2.7 has the FW update feature grayed out. It was working previously
