The App won’t let me log in. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app but that just seemed to make it worse. Please fix this as this is an app used regularly.
Can’t get the ap to allow me to log in, says my login details are incorrect, easily logged in via website. Not sure what is wrong but could do with fixing so it’s easier to access. I’m sure once that is fixed it will be 5 star!
Hi - the app support page gives a 404 page not found error. Would be great if the app could contain more features that keep the user in the app, rather than redirects to web pages…when it does this, the customer journey and user experience is inconsistent.
