Really enjoyed the insight from this app. I found it to be accurate and helpful in understanding my relationship better, as it relates to our moon phases. I liked that it gives a percentage of compatibility, but I wish they added a soulmate meter. Like what % of compatibility means the match can be a soulmate. Is 100% required or is like 80% or better compatibility potential soulmate material. Also, the vice versa, what % is too low to ever be a soulmate. Like if you have 50% compatibility on the moon phase, does that mean the relationship can never feel like a soulmate? If the app integrated that additional insight I would rate it 5 stars.

My experience with the Moyra app has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. One of the most glaring issues is the **lack of transparency and accessibility** when it comes to managing your subscription. Canceling is deliberately made difficult, with no straightforward option in the app or website.
You also cannot use a password to log in, which adds to the confusion and raises concerns about account security. The process feels intentionally vague and untrustworthy. After signing up, **you are required to wait for your results**, and only **receive them after being charged**—there’s no immediate value or insight provided upfront.
Customer support is nearly impossible to reach. **There is no clear, accessible method for contacting them**, and responses (if any) are delayed or unhelpful. What's even more concerning is that **the company is based in Singapore**, but **any legal matters are subject to the laws of Turkey**, which creates further complications for users seeking to resolve disputes or request refunds.
Overall, this app feels **deceitful** and **borderline fraudulent**. I would strongly caution others against downloading or subscribing to Moira, as the business practices do not reflect fairness, clarity, or integrity.

I signed up for a free trial and decided that: while I like the app and the info, I can make better use of the $$ for things I actually do need. I have been trying to cancel since midway through the trial, without success. I’ve sent multiple messages to the app company and no help. They responded to one message by telling me to follow a link, but no link was provided. And no one has responded to my message stating such. Well wouldn’t you know it, free trial has expired and they’ve tried to charge my card. 🤬🤬
