Good app
Been banking with them for over a year and best bank I’ve been with so far! There mobile app and fast balances widget come in clutch! Plus I love that I can add the debit card to Apple Pay! 🍕🫔 Update: after the iOS 18 update, they no longer offer the widget, which was so convenient for me to keep up with my expenses. They need to bring this back ASAP.

Disappointed
8 months later and my phone app is still awful. I don’t receive email notices for received/approved mobile deposits and emails were my only receipts for our business. Usually after two mobile deposits the app kicks me off. Our business account has been charged $5 monthly since March 21. If they get it removed they just add it to the end of the month. I have reached out numerous times and to my dismay have received nothing so far.

Can I have the old app back!
Crashes frequently. Have to go back door on Brouwer about as often as through the app. Old adage “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” is screaming right now!😭
