Cingulo: Healing and Growth

I am 73 years old, my husband and two adult children (in their 50’s) are completely indifferent to me. I am completely ignored. I understand. I have just worn out my welcome. Fortunately, my adult children have their own lives, they are very busy. My husband is just miserable. I’m sure if we could afford two places to live, that would be a better option. We are retired. My husband spends his time in his office and I spend my time in the family room. I was upset today so I text my daughter. She didn’t want to hear anything I had to say but she did recommend this App Cingulo. I’m looking forward to basically getting some peace of mind and some contentment.

I have a soft spot for personal development/self-help apps - I probably have every [personal development] app the store has to offer for free. Prior to Cingulo, I used Headspace and it was my jam; but after downloading & using Cingulo - I’m a die-hard and faithful to the underrated application. I’ve been taking the time to focus on the material being taught, and have invested my time and energy, and I have noticed positive changes have been coming to fruition in my life. I love how detailed and informative the articles are. Additionally, the feature where you can read OR listen is INCREDIBLE! Give this app a try, it can only do you good. :)

I’ve just started with this app and have completed the brief mental fitness test. I LOVE how they don’t just give you a read out of the usual results you often get within your circumstances but adds a 7 min video of someone actually explaining your results. I was truly amazed at the depth of detail and accuracy it gave me of exactly my personality and areas i need to work on and things to overcome and my personality in general! With around 20 questions it nailed me more accurately than most therapist have in multiple sessions 🤯 I’m excited to see what else is to come within this app 😃
