Needs fix
Please fix it so when a violation is created that note actually shows in the violation again. This is horrible!

Download for offline mode issue
I have certain communities that I need to do violation drives for which are not in the best cellular coverage area. I’ve tried downloading these communities and I keep on getting a network error however I’ve got 4 bars of 5G ultra wide. I have uninstalled and reinstalled I have verified and changed all of the settings and I still get this error. I cannot effectively do my job if the tools cannot be consistently used. It had been working previously I’m not sure what changed.

Very limited and had issues
I’m surprised that this app doesn’t allow you to start or access work orders which seems like an important part of doing a site inspection. I understand the need to process violations and escalate violations, but please add the functionality to access or add work orders. Also it seems to connect, and not connect and constantly dealing with updates
