I've been using zInspector since I opened my property management business in 2023, and it has been an invaluable tool for our operations. This application has helped us tremendously in tracking inspections, including pre-move-in condition reports, mid-term inspections, and move-out inspections. The integration with AppFolio is seamless, allowing reports to be automatically added to each property, which makes sharing them with our clients and residents a breeze. The report format is excellent—professional, clear, and easy to edit as needed for each property. I highly recommend zInspector to any real estate or property management businesses looking for a system that simplifies and improves the inspection process!

I can’t say enough about this company and the product that they have. I had a sub 100 door property management portfolio and needed an inspection software. This program worked perfectly for my needs. Photos, reports, adaptability to different property types. It has it all. To top it off, in real estate, I’ve had a few negative interactions with a myriad of different software companies. We got out of property management and zInspector was the one reoccurring subscription that I neglected to turn off. I reached out to their support staff late last night sharing with them what had happened and requesting a refund. Less than 12 hours later, I received correspondence from the support staff. They cancelled my subscription for me and refunded the auto renewal cost. If I were still in PM, I would 100% use this program and absolutely recommend this software to anyone looking for a reliable and all encompassing program. Thanks zInspector!
