CheckPoints #1 Rewards App

Y’all have been slacking, this app needs a lot of improvement. More so on the gift cards aspect! I redeemed for a gift card had a problem the first because I got the email for the gift card but it just shows that there was an error and wouldn’t allow you to click on the link for the gift card. Got a message that they were refunding my points and that they would have it fixed. Well it looked like it was fixed because when you redeem this time it showed that it would be looked into and would take about 2 weeks to get the gift card or feedback. Well it’s almost been a month since I redeem my points for a gift card and I haven’t even gotten anything. The only thing that I have received was an email saying reward has been requested. I then sent an email on the 5th to check on what was going with the reward. Then I got an email that says we got your support ticket, then the next email was saying we got your request and will respond when we can and haven’t gotten anything since! I was going to cash in the last of my points for a $10 card but that looks like it’s not happening. Please fix this

This app is horrible, even for the chance of getting free stuff. I have been using this app for many years (about 10, I think). I used to love it. However, in the last 2-3 years it has dramatically gone down hill. Nothing ever works. If you can get the app open, you can’t scan the very few items that are available to scan because the app crashes. Check Ins work, but are very few available. As a side note, I live in San Antonio, big enough city that there should be lots of things on the app to scan or places to check in. The biggest issue with this app is trying to get your reward. You will have to email customer support to request your reward over and over and over. If you’re lucky, you’ll get the reward, even if it’s a month later. I am still missing 2 gift card rewards but I just can’t continue saying the same thing over and over to customer support. I don’t have time in my life to continuously fight with the app or customer support to get a $1 or $5 reward. Honestly, I think the company is about to close down because there is no way an app can be this poorly designed and survive.

The daily checkins have disappeared and no explanation why, is this a glitch? Also the location does not update and it keeps showing my home address even if I am miles away? Do the app developers read these comments? Update as of June 23, 2022, this app is gotten worse this used to be a good app. As other reviewers have posted they still have a glitch with duplicate receipts people do shop Add a store more than one time. Takes forever to get your gift card you have to email them and let them know you haven’t gotten your gift card and then it still takes about 10 days. It does not allow you to check in even though the notification pops up on your phone to check in. I don’t know why they can’t fix us does anybody there use the app and know how glitchy it is
