ChatterBoss Personal Assistant

I’ve been using ChatterBoss for over a year, and have found it to be tremendously helpful. This app provides a much needed service for literally anyone that needs virtual assistance. The assistants are smart, the pricing is transparent, and the response time is quick. I often find that they are able to complete things much quicker and more efficiently than I could myself—which means I get to avoid feeling frustrated as I set up a project management system or struggle with technology. Great app. Highly recommended.

I've been doing research for a long time to fine a personal assistant to help with travel planning and other tasks. I've used services like Pana, Journy, and American Express Platinum Concierge. I wanted a service that I could use when I needed and used modern tools like task tracking and chat. I signed up with ChatterBoss last week. I had a 1 hour onboarding call with Valerie using Zoom. They captured all my needs with Google Docs and created a profile for me. We decided on our first project - to plan dinners for a 5 day trip to Mexico. I got regular updates and by the end of the week the job was done. It easily exceeded expectations. I also appreciate that I get detailed time tracking for billing. I purchased 6 hours to start and all my onboarding and first project consumed 3 hours which is very reasonable. They use an app called Monday to track projects and I was able to share my passwords and credit cards using 1Password which keeps everything secure. Overall this is a wonderful service.

Listen, if you’re looking for personal, hands on help with your day to day stuff, look no further. ChatterBoss has been awesome! The direct, dedicated assistant assigned to me, Valerie, is wonderful and has been a life saver! She’s professional, personable, and has not let me down! Now... I do wish I could text instead of using the app, and I do wish the app looked better on my iPhone X. But, she has assured me the UI would be updated soon. Or some other messenger app support, instead of just their app or email. Don’t expect them to plug in like FIN or Magic... You’ll have to grant access to your email accounts, as they don’t have any plugins, but I prefer this type of interaction. Feels more personal. Great, great, great service! I’ll add another star when the UI is updated for the iPhone X and additional messenger support/text is added. Thanks Valerie!!
