I love the brand but the issue I have is every time I open the app, I have to click what country I’m in and I have to re login. Even if I leave the app for a minute and go back in, I have to login all over again. It would be nice to stay logged in and not have extra work to do

Why I have to choose the shopping location and log in your account every time I open the app? Even I open the app only few seconds apart, I need to re-enter my login information every time, which is very annoying. Why my shopping cart get emptied every time I open? Could you just store the information? I always like to put the items I like into the cart first, then when I get time, I will shrink the list and make the purchase. But with this app, nothing got stored, then I will not remember anything that I put in the cart and give up on the purchase. Thank you for making this process so complex!! I like the actual products that you sell, however, the app is like a crap~

I ordered 3 items which were delivered to me on the 27th of November. I kept 1 out of 3 products and returned the rest the next day. The package was received by the merchandise on the 29th of November. I haven’t received my refund yet its the 25th of January, its been 2 months. On top of it all they don’t send a prepaid delivery label like all the other brands, I had to pay $25 out of pocket to ship my products. Its been a horrible experience with Charles and Keith. Very unhappy with the whole experience.
