Chair Yoga for Seniors

I have had problems this app from the beginning but I lived with it. Some exercises the voice will say use right arm but used left in video. Same thing with legs. In addition there were exercises when the app got to a certain step it reverted back to earlier step and when it reached that step again it reverted back again . Sunday or Monday I tried to get on app but the format had changed and they were trying to sell me another app . It took forever to find the exercises I wanted. The new app was reluctant to let me get past the new ad. Today every time I got past the ad and got to the exercises I use and clicked on the exercise it went back to the ad.i have emailed them 6-7 times and they partially answered one email.

I purchased this app,thinking it would be a good supplement to my usual exercise routine. It starts with a whole bunch of questions to determine a starting point. I quickly learned it was way too easy, but I couldn’t find a way to adjust my level. Then, after about 5 days I started to have issues when playing the videos for the day. The buttons to start things playing got huge, while the video portion got very small. I hadn’t touched anything to make this happen and couldn’t find any way to get it back to a more usable format. I tried turning my iPad off and back on again, with no effect. I reached out to the app developer, with no response. I finally deleted and reinstalled the app, only to have the problem reoccur after a day. So far, this app has provided lots of frustration, a big waste of money, and not much of a workout.

I really enjoyed all the questions needed to build my personal plan. I feel that they take time and notice what would be best for me, my age, my flexibility, and my physical stature.
