The staff at Cedar Falls community credit union is excellent always helping me on the phone

I have been a member since late 2006 (?). I first began when the Waterloo branch manager gave me a chance to correct a bad check I was tricked into cashing and I had just gotten out of incarceration. She and I made an agreement for me to repay the amount. I did, she was very supportive and I began to have confidence in myself. As of today, I have bought multiple high value vehicles and I enjoy great credit. I have been a grateful member. I will only borrow from CFCCU, regardless. Thank you to all the staff and membership. This app was simple and easy to use b4 and now I have no idea how to get to anything nor how to use any of it. Pointless change that just made everything annoying. It took me a few minutes to figure out everything I needed to know how to use with the last app. With this new setup I can’t seem to figure much of anything. Everything seems to be in once place and not divided up into nice sections. It’s all in ur face right from the start. Very cluttered.
