Every time I try to login, the app tries to open new login window and hitch crashes instantly tried re installing but nothing works. Please asssist as app assisted learning is the way forward and also the way recommended by cfai. Hope the situation will improve.

The app is do unprofessional that it keeps asking for login details every time you wants to access the study material. Once you enter login details, app crashes and restarts. Horrible piece that too from CFA Developer needs to fix this app crash and multiple prompt of login details.

1. No Zoom In-Out to fit into screen size/ width is available in the application for Learning Ecosystem (LES) for CFA Program Level I for February 2023. The default standard font format is not suitable for everyone reading and preparing for examination. 2. Offline availability of application is not supported. Add some chapter or buffer memory functionality in the device to use the material if not connected to the internet. 3. Text Highlighting feature is not available. Please add the same and all highlighted and bookmarked items may also be grouped or consolidated at one point or option in the app for revision and reference. 4. The optimization for IPad is needed for loading and opening at minimal time. 5. Night mode/Black Theme, Reading Mode are also not available. Developer is requested to add the same to make it enjoyable, efficient, and effective. The CFA Institute is highly recommended to use the Learning EcoSystem for preparation of various programs. Therefore, the developer is requested to add the above mentioned features at the earliest.
