Have six chains already, they’re great! Compliments and questions all the time when I’m in public. They release new items all the time. Can’t complain one bit about the app, the site, or Fred. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

First off, this company is the best in the game. I have bought so many pieces from them and I won’t buy from anyone else. The quality is unmatched and the customer service is unbelievable. I’ve been shopping with cernucci before their app was a thing and I’ve always liked their jewelry in comparison in price and quality to other apps and sites. Though recently I ordered two brackets and a ring and it turned out two of my items weren’t sized right so I ship them back and the support team isn’t working with me at all and I’ve heard no word on wether I’ll be getting my jewelry back or not. At first they were responding but now I’ve asked what I need to do in order to make sure I just get what I payed for and right now I’m just left in the dark.
