Have been using this and demopad for over 10 years, support is great, they always reply quickly to questions.

Working now but white screen
All the controls were set according to the instructions, and still they were not responding to the star pannels until connected to its separate EPIC wifi - make sure to have it connected White screen keeps popping up every time you open the app , seems like a glitch- have to try 5 to 10 times to open the app correctly

Terrible product and support
Don’t even think about it. Worked with DemoPad directly and their USA dealer programmer. 5 months of empty promises. No results. Finally advise cannot work.
