Generally this app is slow to load. Not helping with the network connection for CelcomDigi is getting worse. I can’t even get the app to open when I use hotspot (I was trying to top up my internet- so was using another mobile provider hotspot). Disappointing with the whole app. Even my total due not showing. Just taking a long time to load so I don’t bother checking because I can’t even click on the check bill. I’ll just wait when they send reminder to pay my bill. It’s just ridiculous. Old Digi app is probably a lot better than this new app.

Updated to become more useless. Needs IC card to be verified!!?? Even banking apps dont need that! Worst still after the ‘latest’ update CANT even find the view/download bills detail! Tired the support chat… more useless irrelevant feedback. Seriously. The last app before tis ‘pretty update’ was actually working…. Now I CANT get my actual bill details / statement and yearly usage statement. No monthly statements going to email too. Seriously Digi should have remained as stand along. Now its just part of the Telekom/ Celcom rubbish dump.

The first thing WE open it’s already slow. Then, need to reload first and then I can purchase the plan that I want. To reload already takes time then purchase also takes a long time to finish it. You already make it us to do more things but please la make it faster the loading process but still I don’t like to do even one more step. In CELCOM LIFE, I CAN DIRECT PURCHASE THE PLAN I WANT AND NO NEED REMAINING MONEY IN THIS APP. And today the balances you guys take it’s because I late to repurchase!
