Unreliable
While the idea is great, I will never rely on a notification from this app. It is offline more than it is on and when it seems to be working, I find that I am looking at a photo from days earlier. We have had the app and camera for about two months now and have not received a single notification whether someone entered the pool and was in distress or not. What’s the point? To look at my pretty pool?

Do not buy
Pool company installed. Installed without support, siren does not sound. No features work with basic plan. Paid for premium with no features activated. Unable to mute alarm. Contacted via app, no response. Pool company contacted for number, multiple voicemails left, no response. Support blocked in app unless paid. Better off with other security cameras.
