We love this service. The only complaint I have is that the app iteself cannot give us a correct time of arrival at the place of pick up or inform us of a time when we will be dropped off. The app shows you an ETA that changes constantly. And I was told by drivers to not go off of ETA, but by whether the little bus icon is heading in your direction. Which is frustrating. And then when you actually get on the bus, it’s a gamble of whether you’re picking up or dropping off someone first before you finally head to your destination. I love the concept but it’s hard to use for things that have time constraints. Like work/ drs appointments etc. I understand that they don’t have enough bus drivers etc. but if the app could be reconfigured to show exact times. Or give you a better estimated time of arrival at your destination. I rely on this for transportation to and from work. And an update to the app would cause much less stress and anxiety to my morning! Thanks!

They are awesome, drivers have a great attitude and I have never had a bad experience. Can’t go wrong at all for 3 bucks.

I live in Dennis and sometimes the bus it pairs me with is in Barnstable/ Centerville and it’ll keep pushing me back, then making me late for work. I think the cats out of the bag because I’d call my bus an hour and a half ahead of time and I’m on a queue. Saturday morning since there is no bus before 9:30 I think you should schedule more people to drive Smart DARTS. Also isn’t there now a limit for 10 miles? Why is my supposed Dennis/Yarmouth bus stuck in Centerville. Last week I had to sadly cancel. It’s hard on the Cape, you either have a car or a place to live and I choose a place to live. I take the bus daily but the earliest bus on a Saturday morning gets me to work half an hour late. The other day when I was going home from work, the bus picked me up ASAP. This service is truly great however it’s awful on a Saturday morning, don’t even try. I understand though since there isn’t a bus early enough.
