Daily maintenance on the mob app
The app is great , however there os almost on an update on daily basis after 11 pm which prevent the user from using the app or any other transaction which is a very negative point on this great app, i hope you solve this issue where it is very annoying and other banks do not have such disadvantage , pls look into that seriously Regards Dr. Suhaim

NOT Perfect, Yet!
I’ve been waiting for an update to fix the OTP SMS issue I have been facing for months, I do not understand why the bank never take inconsideration that most people might be travelling and change their SIM cards when they do! Having to link your account to only your mobile number is unwise. I hope developer give an option of receiving OPT via SMS or Email to the mobile phone number /email you have registered with CBQ as per option the customer have requested. I have an ATM card that I can’t use, and online account I can’t access because I do NOT receive an OTP via SMS!! I complained several times to the bank and got NO-WHERE! I receive email updates regarding my monthly statement but no SMS AT ALL!
