Cash Rally - Slots Casino Game

I’m a weekly player of slots at my local casino, but the times I’m not physically in the casino, I enjoy playing the same games on my phone. I’ve downloaded just about every slot app there is in the Apple Store. My top favorites have been Heart Of Vegas, Lightening Link, & Cashman Casino and as of recently I just came across Cash Rally. I’m so excited because I’ve been dying to play the slot “Ocean Magic Ultra” but my casino doesn’t have it, and I’ve even traveled to other casinos 2 hours away and have had no luck finding that slot machine. It’s the newest version of the original “Ocean Magic”. They have “Ocean Magic Grand” at my casino but not the “Ultra”. To my absolute surprise Cash Rally has this slot game (the newest version) and it’s not too high up in levels where I wasn’t able to get to it within 24 hours. I’ve been playing it non stop! Love it! Looks like Cash Rally is going into my daily rotation of slot apps that I play. I like how they don’t have too many slots, making it difficult to decide what to play. They are far more generous with their coins and bonuses then any other slot app I play. So thanks Cash Rally! Worth the download if you’re a slots player!

Poor bang for your buck I spend hundreds of dollars on this game with low output from the company and it’s not like I’m trying to get cash back I’d just like to play more than a couple hours in a day Ex spent 45 trillion coins this morning and didn’t even get a big win never mind a jackpot I think they could do better on “payout”(coins to play) and lower duplication of cards and stamps you have goals that are unattainable and I’ve been playing daily for almost 2 years guess it’s time to find a different game

As a player who spent endless hours playing the game as well as making a decent amount of purchases. I ran into an issue that I had to email CashRally-Support/ SpinXgames requesting a refund, even though in their terms & conditions it states no refunds. But note, these clauses may not be enforceable if they violate consumer protection laws. Which I felt they did. After reaching out to Cash Rally-Support/ SpinXGames, addressing my issue, and stating I would like to get a refund. I was sent a message stating “ Every purchase happens between the user and the store. We are not authorized to interfere with the transaction. If you want to refund, you can go to the Google Play Store for a refund. Google Play refund help Thank you for your understanding.” After receiving that message I took my concerns for a refund to Google Play Store Support. I advised them that I reached out to the app developer for a refund and they directed me to Google Support, which Google Support responded back with “Google is just a payment platform between the user and developer and all the amount will remain with the developer as they are the one who provides you the purchased content.” So I reached back out to CashRally/SpinXGames support acquiring about a refund via email and this was their responses once again “ Every purchase happens between the user and the store. We are not authorized to interfere with the transaction. If you want to refund, you can go to the Google Play Store for a refund. Google Play refund help Thank you for your understanding.” So I emailed Google Support advising them that the CashRally/SpinXGames directed me back to them which Google support redirected me back to CashRally/SpinXGames Support. Still waiting for Cash Rally/SpinXGames to reach out, their support team seems to not care for the customer, very unprofessional and misleading.
