In the 1.0.3 version of iPhone, you CAN see the name of the parasite in the green bar at the top when you tap on the photo. But, that is NOT true for the iPad version 1.0.3., where, if I tap on the photo, it shows for only a split second, behind the photo, when the photo flips, then the photo flips back. There is not enogh time to read the name before the photo flips back.
Was really great and helpful until it got buggy and wouldn’t stop crashing. Hasn’t been fixed and it’s been going on for weeks.
Love this app! Suggestions for future updates, add the active ingredient or dewormer on the market that would be used to get rid of the infection, and add where in the body the parasite is found and what they feed on along with the effects they have on the body. Also be more specific on the best technique used to diagnose the infection such as sugar float, saline float, or direct fecal.
