Camplify

Surprisingly good experience with Camplify generally and the app itself. Would just be great if they would promote it a little more. I have so many friends who have never heard of it and as soon as they do they immediately book something. Sometimes the checklists don’t seem to submit properly or you get an error message but it always goes through in the end and I’ve never had a problem receiving payment. I saw there were a lot of vans on there so didn’t really expect many or any bookings. I’ve had 3 since December even with a few periods I made it unavailable. Easy to edit the profile, add pictures, complete the checklists 👍🏻

Having used Camplify 4 times now, the concept is great but unfortunately restricted by a very basic app! Why the developers aren’t listening to many frustrated customer reviews, is beyond me. Why would you not want to improve and maximise your potential for more customers and growth, by a simple app improvement. That being said, the 4 occasions I have rented vans through Camplify have been a great experience (with the renters) and hassle free. C’mon Camplify pick up your game and improve your app, I’m sure you would get a lot of 4/5 star reviews then!

Camplify as a service works well at connecting people for van hires. But this app needs a lot of work - unable to zoom in on photos, unable to message owners from the app, messages while a rental request is pending aren’t attached to the request, log in details need to be constantly re-entered despite ‘remember me’ being checked, username/password fields don’t seem to intergrate with password manager, no ability to save searches/remember any preferences and the entire search is lost if you click out of a selected van. It’s certainly usable and convenient when searching from a mobile, provided you find what you want the first time from the first search, but below what I’ve come to expect from similar apps
