Call Recorder: Save & Listen

I am a journalist for a newspaper. We receive calls and do over-the-phone interviews so we heavily rely on phone recordings. When using this app, I only got about three recorded calls in before it started glitching out and not recording my phone conversations. I had to re interview multiple people because this app didn’t do the only job that it’s supposed to. I am not one for writing reviews but after receiving no message back from the support email or the developers of this app (i direct messaged on them instagram as well) I felt that this deserves a public response and to warn others: save your time and money. Don’t use this app.

This app is so easy to use. You just dial out using the app, then dial the number you wish to call, and merge the two (as if it’s on 3 way). If you would like to record an incoming call, you accept the call, then dial the app, and merge the calls. There is a slight delay in the phone conversation, but the person on the other end has no idea, and you can pretend the phone cut out if you don’t hear what they said! I used this for a conference call at work, and it was perfect. My call lasted about 20 mins, on a conference line with 3 other people, and the quality of the call was perfect. The only thing I noticed that might be a concern to some, is that the company can delete your recordings after 30 days, so if you need it, back it up onto another device. You can also rename your recordings, so you don’t have to listen to all of them, while your looking for the one you want or need.

I have been looking for call record apps like this. I finally found what I want out of a call recording app. It is simple to use and is very user-friendly. I can record certain calls because it’s important to keep a record. I highly recommend this app for those who need a call record app.
