A+ Customer Service, Fantastic App, (i have an iPhone) this app Did exactly what it was supposed to. Very easy to use. Very Easy to record, without any interference. A free app for 20 minutes. I paid $10. For 100 minutes, & wanted to cancel after the one call that i needed this for. didn’t need after 1 call. I sent a msg, Jes called me w/in minutes, stayed on the phone w/me walked me thru very easy cancellation- & was super frienndly. Highly recommend this app for anyone wanting to record a conference call, or just a call!

The service promised by the app - recording and transcribing calls - works great. HOWEVER, and I can see from other reviews that I’m not the only one who experienced this: if you cancel your subscription and delete the app from your phone, redownloading it renews your subscription for some reason and charges you $10. Even if you then delete it again, you have to manually unsubscribe once more and jump through hoops to get a refund. I downloaded it and subscribed in Dec 2018 for a project, and canceled my subscription when I no longer needed it. I redownloaded again in May (don’t even remember why, maybe just to show someone else or check it out again) and deleted it shortly after, without asking to renew my subscription or using the call recording service. I didn’t notice for three months that it’d been charging me again. I unsubscribed, chalked it up to being my own fault and thought I’d accidentally resubscribed, and didn’t think much of it. Then in March of 2020 I noticed I’d been getting charged $10/month AGAIN by this app since Oct 2019! Is it common practice for subscription apps to automatically resubscribe former users if they just redownload the FREE app but don’t use the PAID service?? It’s certainly never happened to me before. I emailed customer service asking for an explanation and a refund, and was told there was nothing they could do on their end. Apple, for whatever reason, was only able to refund me for the three months of 2020 charges but not for the three months at the end of 2019. Now I’m going between Apple, NoNotes, and my bank trying to get the rest of my money back, for a service I haven’t used since 2018. Very disappointing and frustrating.

I am thrilled with this Service & today I signed up for unlimited recording/transcribing and membership! I have been a victim of bulling and Id theft where the criminals and bullies have used the phone as their weapon...this service can make them accountable for their words and their actions and provide proof to the proper authorities! When I first downloaded the trial version I was introduced to the best customer care personnel (Jess)...She is patient, kind and soooo very nice with exceptional communication skills that supersede my expectations in every way! Today she patiently walked me through step by step recording incoming and outgoing calls! Even providing me with direct access to her assistance for all my further questions! Truly an Unprecedented and excellent level of service and superb customer care! Her technical knowledge of all applications of both the app and the iPhone made today’s call a seamless merging of learning and utilization for this AMAZING product-I would highly recommend this service to everyone!
