Bykea: Cab, Rides & Delivery

Bykea doesn’t have the option for sharing ride details with other people. There is a share icon but that just opens up details of the app. Please add ride sharing option so other people can track as well, instead of just the booker being able to track.

I sent a COD few miles away, COD value 3200 rupees, upon withdrawal this amount they have hidden charges of rupees 75 which never mentioned when you are sending the COD package. The customer were charged rupees 282 for the delivery and I was charged a hidden fee of rupees 75, when I tried to withdraw the remaining amount to my bank account instead of rupees 3125 or 3100 it automatically withdraw 3050 and it more than 2 days I haven’t received any money to my bank account. How and why to trust this company? After receiving my amount 3050 I am going to delete this app forever, they can keep rupees 75 in my BYKEA account and get rich from it, I thought it’s a good company like Uber Careem but boy I was wrong. Trust with caution on BYKEA because that’s what they lack the most. I wished I dropped that shipment my self with rupees 50 patrol in my bike 😫

Salam . There has been issue in locating the location . Sometimes the location is rotating and show the captain wrong location . Kindly fix the issue and upgrade the map .
